Favorite part of my day? Having lunch with this guy ❤️ I was excited to see that Matthew Hessburg was presenting at the State of the Art Conference fo peeps with Intellectual Disabilities this year. He is still rockin’ it at WCU University Participant (UP) Program where he is taking a full course load and working at a local BBQ place as an internship. His goal and dream after graduation is to start his own BBQ business, smoking cheese and meats and I have no doubt he will take with him all he has learned from his time on campus and go for it!! Keep on rockin’ it Matthew!! We are so proud!!!
