Avery Copenhaver

This fall, Avery Copenhaver enters his junior year at Clemson University’s ClemsonLIFE program as this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Ceci Crabbe & Friends Scholarship recipient, continuing his focus on the Advanced Independent Living track.

Avery’s goals are clear and close to his heart: find meaningful employment and live independently. He’s already giving back to his community by helping deliver Meals on Wheels, an accomplishment he’s deeply proud of.

Outside the classroom, Avery loves spending time with horses and trying his hand at cooking. Both hobbies reflect the same patience and care he brings to everything he does.
