Tori Tanner: Oklahoma State University Opportunity Change (Baboo Scholarship Award)

This year’s Baboo Scholarship Award is going to Tori Tanner, who is joining the Opportunity Orange Scholars program at Oklahoma State University this fall to focus on early childhood education. Her goal is to work as a caregiver in an early childhood program and grow her presence as a social media influencer.

A proud graduate of Pawhuska High School, Tori was a three year member of the National Honor Society, served as Class Representative on Student Council, and played basketball for two years. She also participated in FFA where she showed commercial pigs. Known for her big smile and energy, she always found joy in connecting with others — whether in person or through her TikToks.

This fall, she is excited to begin college life, make new friends, and take the next step toward building the future she dreams of.
