Timmy Frazier: University of Wyoming Connecting Pokes (RODS Heroes Scholarship Award Winner)

Timmy is beginning his freshman year in the Connecting Pokes inclusive program at the University of Wyoming where he is eager to explore classes in public relations, community engagement, and music.

Growing up in Laramie, Timmy has built an independent life near campus, living with college aged roommates and fully participating in UW’s social and athletic events. Timmy is well known around town for being outgoing, friendly, and always ready to connect.

He is already working part time and aiming to build his stamina to take on more hours at a job he enjoys. One of his proudest highlights was modeling at the Global Down Syndrome Foundation gala, an experience where his confidence and joy truly shone.

We are so excited to cheer Timmy on as he jumps into campus life, meets new friends, and continues charting his own path toward a bright future.
