Jean Hauff: Augustana University (Appelwat Family & Friends Scholarship)

Jean is a four-time Rockin’ Recipient who is thriving at Augustana University, where she is deeply involved in campus life and leadership. She has proudly served in student government (ASA) for two years, volunteering at events, giving input, and being part of important decision-making. Jean is also active in yoga classes, campus events, and especially enjoys attending dance parties with friends. 

Independence has been a big part of Jean’s college journey. She’s learning how to live with a roommate and suitemates, while continuing to build confidence and responsibility. She is passionate about graphic design and photography and hopes to pursue more classes in those areas as she works toward her career goals. 

After graduation, Jean plans to move to Minnesota near family and friends, live in her own apartment, and work full-time in a graphic design office where she can collaborate with a team. We are so proud of how Jean continues to grow in independence and confidence, and we’re thrilled to celebrate her as a four-time Rockin’ Recipient!
