Hannah Fulston: California State University San Marcos (Lili Sugahara Scholarship Award)

Hannah Fulston is this year’s Lili Sugahara Scholarship Award recipient. Hannah is starting her freshman year at California State University San Marcos in Fall 2025, where she plans to study Early Childhood Development. Her goal is to gain the skills and experience she needs to work in an early childhood education setting, making a difference in the lives of young learners.

Hannah recently earned a Certificate in Living Skills from the UCLA Pathway Program and is proud of all she’s accomplished so far. She’s excited to continue growing and learning in college!

In her free time, Hannah enjoys music, dancing, art, and planning parties. She’s known for her friendly, funny, hardworking, and kind personality, and she brings joy and energy wherever she goes.
