Gabriella Marz: Clemson University — ClemsonLIFE (Millie Geib Scholarship Award)

Gabriella Marz is this year’s Millie Geib Scholarship Award recipient! Gabriella is starting her freshman year in the Clemson University ClemsonLIFE program. She plans to study to become a teaching assistant in an elementary school, where she can support and inspire young learners.

Gabriella is proud to have been a high school cheerleader all four years, a sport she’s loved since she was 8 years old. She’s excited to continue being active in college through sports and social activities and hopes to make lifelong friendships along the way. One of her goals is to eventually live independently in an apartment with a friend or two.

When she’s not cheering on her favorite teams, Gabriella loves swimming, bowling, dancing, horseback riding, fishing, going to concerts, and spending time at coffee shops with friends.

Gabriella is extremely hard working, determined to succeed, and strives to be the best version of herself.  She ALWAYS sees the positive side of life and sees the best in others, encouraging and showing love and support to everyone around her.  She truly cares about others and is a ray of sunshine wherever she goes!
