Brianna Katz: Syracuse University — InclusiveU (Miles Bhatia Scholarship Award)

Brianna Katz is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Miles Bhatia Scholarship Award! This fall, she will begin her freshman year at Syracuse University – InclusiveU, where she plans to study nursing with a focus on patient care. Bri, is driven by a deep desire to help others and dreams of one day working at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in King of Prussia.

Bri’s top goals include living independently in her own apartment and building a meaningful career in healthcare. She’s passionate about dance, especially hip hop, modern, and ballet.

One of Bri’s proudest achievements was being accepted into InclusiveU and being chosen to represent The Arc of the U.S. through her local Arc Alliance. She was even featured on a Sephora billboard in Times Square, an unforgettable moment that highlighted her advocacy and self-confidence.
