Addison Jones: Southeastern University Link Program (Patrick Judd Scholarship Award)

Addison Jones is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Patrick Judd Scholarship Award! This fall, she will begin her freshman year in the Southeastern University Link Program, where she is pursuing her passion for fashion design. 

Addie made history as the first student with Down syndrome from her high school to attend a four-year university, paving the way for others to dream big and break barriers. She is proud to be a trailblazer and is committed to gaining independent living skills and earning a certificate that will lead to meaningful work in the future.

Addie is a vibrant and determined young woman with a heart for learning and a strong sense of independence. She enjoys gymnastics, hanging out with friends, and expressing herself through fashion. Addie’s perseverance, love for others, and unshakable joy make her a true light in her community.
