Teagan Hesch: Arkansas State University – H.O.W.L. Transition Program

Teagan begins her freshman year in the H.O.W.L. Transition Program at Arkansas State University this fall, where she plans to study independent living skills along with nursing and caregiving. Her future goals include becoming more independent and joining the workforce.
In her free time, Teagan enjoys going to the lake, taking dance classes, performing in the theatre and doing yoga. She loved playing the part of a female villager in a local production of Beauty and the Beast. She also performed her first solo dance at a recital this year. She says, “I’m very excited to go to college and decorate my dorm room!”
