Emily Phipps: Missouri State University – Bear POWER
2024
Emily is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow PCSI Scholarship Award. This fall, she begins her freshman year in the Bear POWER program at Missouri State University, where she plans to study business.
Emily enjoys making videos and attending camps. She would like to run her own cafe someday.
