Dan Zavage: Benedictine College – SJC Program

Dan is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Harriet Collins Scholarship Award. This fall, he begins his freshman year in the St. Joseph of Cupertino (SJC) Program at Benedictine College. He is interested in many different areas of study, including technology and public speaking, and looks forward to pursuing his interests at BC. Someday, after graduation, Dan would like to work with young people and give back to his community.

Dan was the keynote speaker at his grade school’s 2024 donor dinner. In preparation, he helped write his own speech, rehearsed it, and delivered it well! He enjoys doing yard work, taking care of his family’s chickens and watching superhero movies. He is very excited to go to college, make friends, and pursue God’s plan for his life in school and beyond.
