Trever Kazyak – Ferris State University Ready For Life Academy (Arehart Family Scholarship Award)

Trever is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Arehart Family Scholarship Award. This fall he begins his sophomore year in the Ready For Life Academy at Ferris State University, where he is studying marketing and hospitality. He had a great and challenging first year in college; he made lots of new friends and tried everything at least once. He will continue working at his café job this year and would also like to find opportunities to sing on stage. His post-graduation goals include learning to drive and having his own apartment.

Trever’s hobbies include coloring, attending sporting events on campus and going out dancing on Friday nights. He is very proud to have gotten three promotions at the café where he works, from dishwasher to sub maker to assistant fry cook. He handles a high volume of orders under pressure and always stays friendly with his customers.
