Noah Salz – The College of Saint Rose The College Experience (Almudena Ruiloba Scholarship Award)

Noah is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Almudena Ruiloba Scholarship Award. This fall he begins his first year in The College Experience program at The College of Saint Rose, where he plans to study independent living skills. His future goals include living as independently as possible, and having a meaningful career and close social connections.

Noah’s hobbies include skiing, drumming, tennis and music. He is very proud to have earned a certification to be a teacher’s aide in New York City public schools. He is also proud to be cooking more meals for himself. Noah is a passionate, hard worker who charms his way into everyone’s lives and changes people’s attitudes about Down syndrome.
