Kevin Mackey – Clemson University ClemsonLIFE (Ceci Crabbe & Friends Scholarship Award)

Kevin is a three-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Ceci Crabbe & Friends Scholarship Award. This fall he begins his senior year in the ClemsonLIFE program at Clemson University, where he is living his dream while studying independent living and employment skills. He lives with roommates in off-campus housing and works paid jobs at a restaurant and a hotel. He takes a full course load at Clemson and loves his life.

Kevin’s hobbies include bowling and playing basketball with his friends. He is very proud to need no live-in support in his apartment. After he graduates, he is looking forward to having a job he enjoys and continuing to live independently, away from his parents.
