Jon Roth – UCLA Extension Pathway (Katharine Blanch Scholarship Award)

Jon is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Katharine Blanch Scholarship Award. This fall he begins his second year in the Pathway program at UCLA Extension at the University of California–Los Angeles, where he is studying music. Someday, he would love to travel the world playing his music, and for the songs he writes to be available for download on Apple Music.

Jon’s hobbies include songwriting, dancing, singing, rapping and playing drums. He is very proud to have written a song that is currently on Spotify. He is also proud to have worked in a comic book store. Someday he hopes to be represented by a record label and be a big name in music.
