Nicole DeCicco – East Stroudsburg University CILLS (Isla Marie Korzon Scholarship Award)

Nicole is a three-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Isla Marie Korzon Scholarship Award. She is a junior in the CILLS program at East Stroudsburg University.
Nicole is active in the musical theatre club as well as Best Buddies on campus, and she is very social. She says, “I have the best time of my life in college!”
