Kyra Joy Edwards – UCLA Pathway at UCLA Extension (“Over the Rainbow” Scholarship Award)

Kyra is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow “Over the Rainbow” Scholarship Award. After working hard to earn her high school diploma, she is a freshman this fall in the UCLA Pathway program at UCLA Extension.
An avid hiker, Kyra is also active in adaptive basketball, tennis and pickleball. She also loves singing and dancing, and has appeared on stage in several musicals. She loves working with animals and plans to become a veterinarian’s assistant.
