Katie Bartlett – Washington State University ROAR (Dylan Kuehl Scholarship Award)

Katie is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Dylan Kuehl Scholarship Award. She is a sophomore in the ROAR program at Washington State University, where she is excited to live in the dorms and take classes in sport management and biology and nutrition. She is also excited to join the marching band.
Katie loves attending footfall games and eating out at restaurants on campus and in town. She says, “Thank you, Ruby’s Rainbow!”
