Hazlee Gaddie – Indiana University Southeast (Dover Steve Scholarship Award)

Hazlee is a three-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Dover Steve Scholarship Award. She is a senior at Indiana University Southeast, where she is on track to graduate in December 2022 with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Hazlee’s advice for other students with Down syndrome is, “You can do anything, no matter what. Don’t let this define you—live through your dreams and make them come true, because you want to succeed and be who you want to be in life.”
About her college journey, she says, “I will soon be an accountant in my field of study, which I have been wanting to do to fulfill my dreams. I love this Ruby’s Rainbow family so much! Thank you all so much and a huge shoutout to the Dover Family for helping me get to my future!”
