Jeffrey Logan – Youngstown State University TOPS

Jeffrey is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient who attends the TOPS program at Youngstown State University. An avid athlete, he is active in Special Olympics basketball and track, and loves working out five days a week to stay fit. He has worked at a local gym for four years and also has an internship in the YSU Rec Center that he loves.
Jeffrey’s teachers and mentors describe him as warm, welcoming, a hardworking student and a diligent employee. About himself, Jeffrey says, “I always try my best,” and his advice for other students with Down syndrome is to “never give up and keep on trying.” We can see that you do exactly that, Jeffrey! We are so proud of you!
