2020
Elizabeth is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Truman Pins Memorial Scholarship Award recipient. She is headed into her junior year at Minot State University this fall, where she is pursuing her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Paraprofessional Studies through Dakota College at Bottineau. She lives on campus at MSU, where she receives support from the ASTEP program. She loves going to men’s hockey games to support the players who are her ASTEP mentors.
Liz, as her friends and family call her, serves as secretary for Youth Empowering Social Status group on campus, and she was a varsity cheerleader on the MSU squad. In Fall 2019, she served as an intern in the office of Senator John Hoeven. In her free time, Liz loves making TikTok videos and going on any adventure that involves a friend. We are so proud of you, Liz – keep on rockin’ it at MSU!
