Eileen McCauley – University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (Trawick Family Scholarship Award)

Eileen is this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Trawick Family Scholarship Award recipient. She is beginning her second year at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs this fall, where she is studying music and theater. She has an internship in the Costume Center at Theaterworks, the UCCS theater, and wants to be a professional music artist someday.

Eileen was an avid ballet dancer in high school, and she has been playing piano for 10 years. She loves playing Ode to Joy and Amazing Grace at recitals. She works as a dishwasher at Chick-Fil-A and also serves as a Young Life leader. She tells the high schoolers in her group that “God made you a special way like God made me.” We think you are very special, Elise, and we are so proud of you!
