Megan is a three-time Ruby’s Rainbow Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Capitol Chevrolet Scholarship Award. This fall she begins her senior year at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in University Studies, with a primary focus in Arts and Humanities.
She received her first Ruby’s Rainbow scholarship while enrolled in Tarrant County College; she graduated from TCC with her Associate of Arts degree in May 2022. Megan then transferred to UTA and completed her junior year with excellent grades. An accomplished painter, Megan had an art exhibit showing her paintings at the UTA Art Studio gallery in Spring 2023.
Megan’s hobbies include painting, sports, dancing, music, travel and attending camp. Along with her Ruby’s Rainbow scholarship, she also received the Allan Saxe Scholarship Award at UTA in Spring 2023.
