Will Sipe – University of North Carolina–Greensboro Beyond Academics (Zeke Layer Scholarship Award)

Will is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Zeke Layer Scholarship Award. He has always dreamed of going to college and living on his own, and is very excited to be a freshman in the Beyond Academics program at the University of North Carolina–Greensboro. He hopes to take science courses along with music and video production courses, and plans to develop his independent-living skills.

Will is involved in multiple Special Olympics sports as well as his church’s youth group. He also loves vlogging as well as making YouTube and TikTok videos. He says, “I am so excited to receive this scholarship and go to UNC–Greensboro! THANK YOU, Ruby’s Rainbow!”
