Kelly is a three-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Lovrin Baxter Scholarship Award. After having completed the two-year RISE program at Judson University, she is a student in the advanced RISE UP program this fall, where she is very excited to learn more about Christian children’s ministry and work in an after-care center.
Kelly says, “I have a job and a sweet boyfriend, and life is so good! Thanks to Ruby’s Rainbow for helping my dreams come true. This has been the best time of my life.”
