Michelle is this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Ella Mae Scholarship Award recipient. This fall she will attend the PASSAGE USA program at the University of South Alabama. She enjoys reading, listening to music, singing songs and making videos, and she looks forward to developing the skills she needs to live independently someday.
In high school, Michelle received awards for perfect attendance as well as for hard work and determination. Her teachers and mentors describe her as someone who is independent and adapts well to change. We know these qualities along with your commitment to education will serve you well in college, Michelle! We think you rock!
