1 • Fill Out These Ruby’s Rainbow Forms

Brand-new or a returning Rockin’ Recipient? Please submit these two forms if you received a Ruby’s Rainbow Scholarship this year.

2 • Access Your Scholarship Funds

When you receive a tuition statement or you’ve paid your tuition bill, submit whichever payment form is right for your needs:

Scholarship Payment Form — Submit this form if you’d like Ruby’s Rainbow to send your scholarship check directly to your school.
Scholarship Reimbursement Form — Submit this form if you or your parent/legal guardian have already paid your tuition and you need to be reimbursed.

NOTE: If you submit a Payment or Reimbursement form and don’t hear back from Ruby’s Rainbow within three business days, please email admin@rubysrainbow.org to make sure your form was received!

4 • Send Us Your Recipient Reaction Videos!

We would LOVE to see our Rockin’ Recipient’s reactions to getting their Ruby’s Rainbow Scholarship!! Please upload any videos or photos from the special moment here!

If you are capturing the moment on video, please capture it vertical if possible so we can add it to our 2026 Rockin’ Recipient Reaction Video to show the joy and awesomeness of our recipients and impact we are making in the lives of people rockin’ that extra chromosome!!!
