Ruby and Nella Work Hard for Their Money!!

These girls are workin’ hard for their money (cue Donna Summer ???? ???? )! I’m actually headed to North Carolina today to follow Zach around for a few days – he works full-time (with benefits!) as a custodian at Mars Hill University. You may remember him from when Kelle Hampton and I visited him and Ali on the @wcuuprogram campus for the first time four years ago. We are now catching up with him and Ali to see what life is like for them after college! I cannot wait to share more of their stories in our March video, where we will dive into resources and supports available for someone with a disability, the immense benefits of having someone rockin’ it like Zach in the workplace, and what a huge impact it has on not just the Zach’s and Ali’s of the world, but the entire community!
