JUST KEEP DREAMING BIG

A little fun fact: I was an esthetician for over 10 years and I LOVED my job. If you would have told me back then that THIS is what I would be doing with my life, I would have told you that was BONKERS. I was very happy and content going into work every day and helping people with their skin and hair problems But after Ruby was born, my heart just kept telling me there was something more.

I had ZERO background in starting a nonprofit, just a dream and a passion for the world to see what I saw in my daughter every single day. That she was amazing and capable and WORTHY of it all. And here we are 12 years later having granted over $2.6 MILLION in scholarship funds to people rockin’ that extra chromosome going for their dreams of higher education and independence across the nation!! And imagine my pride and delight also having a few Rockin’ Recipient estheticians in the mix!!

I guess the moral of this story is to just KEEP DREAMING BIG. And follow that heart of yours. Sometimes it knows what it’s talking about
