Down Syndrome Awareness Month — Lili: The Empath

So many of Lilly’s dreams have already come true… college, a scholarship, even her dream of having a boyfriend ❤️ Watching her live out those milestones has been such a joy, and her mom reminds us that it’s also about staying present, taking it one day at a time, and always Keep Dreaming.

Lilly is the sweetest reminder to never stop dreaming, and that each step forward is worth celebrating ❤️

The Empath:
Lili has such a kind heart and is always aware of people’s feelings and wants to support them. She has a radar for where she is needed and where she can bring her awesome energy to make a difference. She is also a hard worker always willing to help. ❤️

❤️ What was your biggest dream when you were little?
To go to college then get a job at a hospital or be on broadway.

❤️ What is your biggest dream now?
To get a job at a hospital or at a Bitty and Beau’s  and at some point get married

Kind

❤️ What do you or did you love most about college?
Going to classes and learning things to  get a job and making friends.

❤️ What is your favorite thing or quality about yourself that you love the most?
Helpful to others and I think I’m kind.

❤️ What makes your heart the happiest?
I love my life and my boyfriend Patrick.

❤️ What are you most proud of?
That I am a college girl.

❤️ How do you inspire others to keep dreaming big?
Doing my best and trying new things and planning for a great future.
