A perk of inclusion? Being exposed to people of all abilities will help for a much more diverse work force. When Reilly goes into an interview with someone who has been around people with disabilities and knows the AWESOMENESS they bring with them, there is a higher chance of him getting hired. It is proven that inclusion in ALL spaces is a win for ALL!!
