Ruby and Nella

Ruby is one of the most authentic, brave and hardworking humans I know. Like a lot of people with Down syndrome, she works so incredibly hard at even the littlest things that come easy for others. But the joy and pride I see in her when she accomplishes something is one of the greatest gifts. She is my greatest teacher of self-love and worth, and she makes me BRAVE
