It’s not just about setting goals – it’s about connecting your VILLAGE to help make those dreams come true! I love how Martha’s VERY first PATH meeting all those years ago included COLLEGE! ❤️
When everyone from family, friends and advocates come together…as parents, knowing you don’t have to do this alone while seeing people SHOW UP for your kid might just be the most beautiful gift of all! 🌈
