I love how Cameron’s mom was able to give him that space to learn and grow. ❤️ I can’t imagine the day when Ruby goes off to college and I don’t get to hug her every single day! 😭 BUT I know how incredibly important it will be for her to step away from us, gain the confidence and independence to chase her OWN dreams, whatever they may be! AND to make her OWN mistakes!! Lord knows I have made PLENTY of my own 🙈😆
BUT that’s how we ALL learn about ourselves and the world around us, and people with Down syndrome deserve these same opportunities!!
