Mark Hublar Speaks!

Goodness gracious I love me some Mark Hublar. He’s our oldest recipient at 54 years old and proof we are lifelong learners. We gave him a scholarship to attend Jefferson Community Technical College for public speaking and now he travels the country speaking and advocating for others. When I asked him how college helped him get him to where he is today he said “because it made me feel important.”
