Jacob graduated from Syracuse University’s Inclusive U program in 2024 and he has NOT slowed down since. He’s living on his own in Buffalo, hosting movie nights and Bills watch parties for his friends, AND he’s been invited to speak at disability advocacy events across the country!
His mom mom says she has to TEXT HIM to ask if she can come over. 😂❤️ Because her son is busy living his BEST LIFE.
College gave Jacob the confidence to do ALL of this. And he knows it.
