A day at Bethel U with Rockin’ Recipient Mikayla!

I hear from so many parents they were told things their child “won’t” and “can’t” do along with a diagnosis. A huge part of what we are trying to do is show the world a different path and future, show parents to continue to dream BIG and have high expectations. I love how Mikayla’s parents just threw her into the mix of life. I always say that you learn the most about yourself when you are stretched an pulled out of your comfort zone. This is why I am so passionate about helping people with Down syndrome have this college experience.
