When we learned that our 3rd baby would be born with Down syndrome, we were filled with so much fear — fear of the future, fear for our baby’s life, fear of navigating the medical world, fear of “different.”
Ruby’s Rainbow helped alleviate so much of that fear! We were clueless that it was even possible for someone with Down syndrome to go to college!! We have no clue as to whether any of our 3 kids will pursue higher education, but we love that the amazing people at Ruby’s Rainbow presume competence and work hard to give people like him the chance to do just that.
We love this organization and are honored to join them on their mission to shout the worth of people with down syndrome!
