Sebastian is set to begin his first year in the Threshold program at Lesley University in Massachusetts.
An accomplished athlete, Sebastian was active in football, rugby, wrestling and track and field in high school. He earned Academic Second Honors all four years and received the Unsung Hero Award. He has also participated in Special Olympics. He works summers as a counselor’s assistant at a day camp for children, and has also done data entry for his local City Hall.
In his scholarship application, Sebastian wrote, “I’m the most loyal person you will ever know cause I am a family man…family is everything.” He also shared that he believes in racial justice, gender equality and sticking up for disadvantaged people. We love your heart and spirit, Sebastian! Keep on rockin’ it in college!
