Rebecca is set to begin her first year in the BUILD program at Bethel University, where she plans to develop her independence. Her goal after graduation is to work with dogs, in music or with children with autism.
Rebecca has worked as a greeter at her church as well as a teacher’s assistant at Vacation Bible School. She is also a member of her church’s praise team. She is involved with dog-training and showing dogs in competitions through her local 4-H club, and was a member of her high school choir. She has also participated in Special Olympics bowling.
