Baylee Auger is this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow amaZing Z Scholarship Award recipient, and she is attending Treasure Valley Community College. She enjoys music, cheerleading, dancing and swimming, and she was the first (and so far, only) dance student with Down syndrome at the Elevated Dance Project in Eagle, Idaho, which she attended for five years. She was also a strong and accomplished cheerleader in high school and made the varsity squad her senior year.
Baylee’s goal is to become a fashion designer or work in the fashion industry after college. She says, “I am nervous and excited about learning to be more independent. Thank you Ruby’s Rainbow for believing in me!” We DO believe in you, Baylee — you rock!
